Songwriter and rock star Katy Perry took the Big Apple by storm when she hit the Z100 Lounge for a special live performance at Planet Hollywood in Times Square.

Katy, who has generated much buzz with her smash single "I Kissed a Girl," rocked the house with songs from her upcoming album "One of the Boys" - which will drop everywhere June 17th.

Elvis Duran and the Z100 Morning Show's Danielle Monaro was on hand serving as emcee for the event.
