Time for Linkage and Other Business
Hey, all, it's kinda a slow news day with the Thanksgiving holiday week and everything. (Well, at least here in America. We know there are people all around the world who read this -- consider this your shout-out! We love you!) So, if you haven't already checked out some of our more interesting posts, here's a quick list:
*Veronica Mars: We honored the man who plays Keith Mars.
*Smallville: We recalled the magic that was Clana -- or the disaster, depending on who you asked.
*Gilmore Girls: Lor and Chris hitched -- how about that??
*Supernatural: Just when you think the show can't get any better, we get the "Crossroad Blues."
*One Tree Hill: The Team Peyton vs. Team Brooke battle continues.
*America's Next Top Model: We made fun of Fabio.
A while ago we asked you what suggestions you had for The CW. The response has been amazing. Keep 'em coming! However, now we have another item for your agenda. What suggestions do you have for us? What do you want us to write about in the future? What's on your CW Source wish list? We're a baby of a blog and could use all the help we can get!

CW, a few things:
1) even though alot of ppl like Smallville and Supernatural, be fair to other fans and have more even blogs on your site...add Girlfriends and other shows...it cant be all about SV and Supernatural as much as we love them.
2) No more videos like Clana unless it is one of show bloopers, or inside scoops that we dont get to see. I get enough Clana, Chlark, Clois and other videos on youtube. Dont need more here.
3)You guys should have the first scoop on spoilers etc...even before Ask Ausellio of TV Guide. This is YOUR network..these are now YOUR shows...and directors, script writers and other Powers That Be should be giving YOU the first scoop so that WE can get it here....you are promoting their shows after all!..you should get first news...like someone else said....become a one-stop-shop for the fans

Dear CW Source,
you know, I understand that bloggin is an outlet for people to express ideas. However, whose ideas are exactly being represented here? Because not everyone likes Clark and Lana together. Reading that letter and watching that video just made me sick.
Sure Lex isn't the "hero" of the show, but he's damn more interesting as a developing character right now than Clark Kent. Yes! I said it! Who doesn't love the performances of Michael Rosenbaum and John Glover. We all know that Clark becomes Superman, but having continued his cheesy high school romance with just doesn't work when you have Lois Lane around!
There's nothing exciting after the first season. It's overkill honestly, and I'm glad that Lana is FINALLY owning up to her darker nature than walking around as some former cheerleader arund Clark's arm.

Could you please maybe talk about something other than Smallville and Supernatural for once please. I understand people like these shows and all but seriously as a fan of some of your other shows like Girlfriends, the Game and even 7th Heaven it gets really annoying when all u do day after day is talk about something to do with Smallville or Supernatural. For instance, if you click on categories and try to find a post about something to do with Girlfriends, you'll only get one article comming up and its from August. Whereas for smallville, you get like 20 posts. Even more about Veronica Mars related would be nice

"Once again thanks for the hard work and the patience. It can't be easy hundreds (perhaps even thousands) of posts on why Chloe/Lois/Lana is better for Clark ;"
*******************************************
LOL!! So true So true! We can be a very troublesome fan base can't we?!?..lol
but you take it all in stride, even when we complain about your network. THANKS!

I think you guys are doing a great job. You seem to have a nack for pin-pointing the topics that people want to talk about. And you're great about letting the fans hash it out even when the commentary is less than complementary to the network, your shows or some of The CW stars. That's awesome.
How to make the site better? Well as others have said behind the scenes video/audio/print/photo interviews with the stars and staff of some of your shows would be great.
I know you're not a news blog per se, but if you had exclusive stuff here like spoilers, gossip, etc., that would give people more reason to come here. I don't mean to be critical because I think you guys are doing a fantastic job, but right now you don't really offer anything that we couldn't get on a decent fan site. You need to give this blog more of an insider feel. Like people are being access to the world inside The CW.
Once again thanks for the hard work and the patience. It can't be easy hundreds (perhaps even thousands) of posts on why Chloe/Lois/Lana is better for Clark ;)

Can't think of anything else right now.

I would like to see you guys interview some of the stars of the CW shows. Now my personal favorite is Veronica Mars but I also love Supernatural. It would also be cool to hear what the CW network (executives) plans for the next year. Hey you asked for a wish list. Keep up the great work. I look forward to reading your site everyday.

well, you guys are doing pretty well thus far...but let's see what else we can add:
1) To repeat what others have said....CANCEL 7TH HEAVEN, promote Smallville, Supernatural and Veronica Mars alot...they are some of the best shows on your network.
2)I think this website should be the one-stop-shop for a number of things pertaining to the CW shows and the cast members...such as..
-spoilers of future episodes(it will be nice to not have to go from website to website to get spoilers)
-background info/additional info about CW stars...like what other things they are doing on the side, interviews, family tidbits, behind the scenes pics from the CW shows
3) Third on my wish list...ok, this is because I am a Smallville fanatic...why dont you have a post where fans can tell TPTB what songs they want to hear in the show?(TPTB may not listen, but hey, you asked for my wish list!)...I know of soooo many songs that would be perfect for some scenarios, and it would be fun to give some suggestions to directors etc
that's all I can think of now..but no worries, you guys are doing a great job already...and you actually LISTEN to fans requests.
SHOUT OUT TO YOU CLAIRE...for doing an absolutely wonderful job with Smallville posts!

First up, many thanks for listening to our thoughts. We aren't the easiest bunch of fans to put up with, I think. More on Veronica Mars, I guess. Maybe more on what our fave guest stars are up to these days or former stars? Jessica Biel? Barry Watson? More updated photos? Some fun pic spams of them changing through the seasons?

I think this blog is pretty awesome so far. Just in case you hadn't noticed, I syndicated it over at LiveJournal for all the CW fans who are over there. (http://syndicated.livejournal.com/cwsource)
Thanks for reading everyone's thoughts!
