ok i think luke will win. christopher is scum!!! he took lorelai to paris charmed her then pursuaded her to marry him without rory!! then on top of that he never trusts lorelai and every time he comes into her life in the past seasons he ruins one of her relationships with her current boyfriend hes a total jerk!!and also lorelai and luke hav so much history together and deep down they love eachother he is such a sweet guy and christopther dosnt deserve lorelai and luke is overall the best man for her.

Chris has never been there for either Lorelai or Rory, And Luke has always been there for the both of them. Chris needs to leave and leave NOW!

I have not been able to watch GG for months because the Amy Sherman-Palladino sabatoged the show with her 2nd half 6th season writing. For example - Luke would not keep Lorelai away from his daughter, and Luke would not have been inconsiderate of Lorelai. Above all, she made Lorelai seem like a ditz, jumping right into bed with Chris. Has made Lorelai look like an idiot, senseless. Chris has always been a thorn in the side of the show...absent father except for the fun stuff, self centered, pouter, immature, and Lorelai marries this guy! I love GG, but since mid 6th season, it's been a mess. Let me know when it's back on track again. The show would be great with Luke and Lor together, they have a kid which could make for more stories re: Luke as a father of a baby and more inclusion of the town's folks. I would be a better writer for this once delightful show. Please get Chris out of this show and get the main characters "back on track". Why do faithful fans of this show have to wait until the last couple episodes to have Luke and Lorelai back together? Why can't we see a season with them married and having a baby? We've watched for years - can we not be rewarded in this way for goodness sake. Chris they write into the show? Go figure such stupidity.

Lorelai should be with Luke any one with eyes can tell they are ment for eachother the end.

of course Luke should get the girl...i'm very annoyed that Chris and Lorelai are married...please correct this travesty soon I'm a devoted Gilmore Girls fan and would love to see many seasons to come....but i'd rather see Lorelai single than with Christopher

I have been watching Gilmore Girls for a long time and I'm just getting so annoyed by Lorelai. All of the things that make her cute are driving me crazy. Chris is a nice enough guy, but duh...of course she should be with Luke. You mean to tell me that she was with Luke for so long and then she speeds through this relationship with Chris and she has no feelings left for Luke. Give me a break. This was poor writing. I think if she doesn't end up with Luke (or at least end it with Chris) within the next few weeks I am taking Gilmore Girls off of my season pass.

I think Chris and Lorelai belong together. Chris has always tried to be there for her. They are such a cute family.
Luke had his chance and blew it. He didn;t even consider that finding out that he had a daughter would change not only his life but Lorelai's as well. He obviously didn't care that much about her feelings on that issue.

I want Luke to win no matter what. Him and Lor belong together. in the past chris has been a real crappy dad and he's rushing Lorelai. Lorelai should understand that Chris isn't right for her and that Luke is. I hope Luke wins.

I've stopped watching until someone promises me that Chris is gone.

I can't stand him. He's swarmy, he's selfish, he neglects his kids and the show doesn't seem to care about that.

I can't stand Lorelai after watching her with him. I keep hoping there's some way they'll let me like her again but I'm giving up.

It sucks what they did to this show. I'm still mad. Someone should have stopped them - why didn't the CW step in and do something?

Lorelai will be single; same with Rory. It should end that way because it's called the "Gilmore Girls".

It doesn't matter who won. Lorelai should tell them both to take a hike. Luke and Chris were great to Lorelai until they got her. Then they wanted to change her. Lorelai has lost herself with these two.

I agree with Carol's comment up top. Christopher is a big baby who just wants his way, and thinks because he has $$ now he can have whatever he wants. He inhereted money from a passed away family member. That doesn't make him anymore responsible at all. They should've remained as good friends since they've known each other forever, and they shared Rory, but that's it. Christopher is a spoiled Bully that always has to have his way. He rushed Lorelei into amarriage without her daughter and parents present. Now he thinks having lots of money is a reason to have a baby. He has already proved he sucks as a father. Oh my god, definitely Luke. He's a hunting, fishing, diner kind of guy. Chris, although he may be quite a hott dad, he just doesn't have what it takes. Plus, I honestly think that Luke cares so much about Lorelei right now and is so emotionally charged with everything that's been going on that he has to take it out on someone.

Well..I don't think they should fight but be it as it may...Considering my son is named after Luke, I have to go for him..PLUS Luke is more rough around the edges, get dirty kinda guy where as Chris is a bit of a sissy.

I want 2 C Luke beat the ever livin crap out of Christopher. Yes it is mostly his fault that him & Luaralai went south, but Christopher just couldn't wait 2 just slitter in. It is obvious 2 everyone even Lauralai taht Luke is the better choice. I am just not feeln the whole Christopher/Lauralai pair, especially that shady wedding that she acted like she was ashamed of. Luke will eventually win. The fight may be won by Chris but the battle has just begun. Luke now knows how Lorilei felt. Meaning, with all of the hub bub going on with April and not letting Lorilei "in" so to speak, now the shoe is on the other foot. Now Anna wont let Luke "in" to make decisions about his daughter. He always took orders from her, now Anna is going to be the one ordering. And much like the Luke/Anna situation, Luke will understand what Lorilei was trying to do and why she did what she did. Hopefully she will reason that Chris, in effect, is doing the same thing.

I personally don't think they should even fight. I loved Luke and Lorelai together but now I really like that Christopher is back for good and Luke will just have to deal with it. (I still love Luke, don't get me wrong)

I am SO looking forward to this fight. There's been a lot of emotional drama but we don't really see the physical drama and now it's time for it to all go down! Luke is so going to win because he is pissed off that Lorelai is with him and if he knows they're married, there will be WAY too much anger in him then. Also, on the last time they reunited in Emily and Richard's wedding, don't you remember that Luke wanted to beat Christopher because he was "acting" like a father now and not before. Him and Christopher have never gotten along and now Luke is going to show him that he's the "man." Also, Luke has a BAD temper and when you get really angry, that boosts up your strength and he already has a lot so imagine when it's showdown?

I think this is a cheap ratings game. To denegrate Luke to actual fisticuffs with loser chris is another way to say, Lorelai it's a good thing you're not with him anymore he just wouldn't fit into our society. I say don't watch until they come to their senses.

Okay so here is what I think...I honestly think Luke will win. He has been Pining away for Lorelai since she moved to Stars Hallow. He wants her bad and we have seen that in all past episodes so really it is his heart that is fighting. Christopher on the other hand, yes,, he has history with Lorelai and is the father of her child, but how many times has he been in and out of their lives. Plus what they had was High School and yes that is sweet but they are connected through Rory and Rory only. Luke and Lorelai have true chemistry.

Plus Luke seems to me he has a little history in the fighting field.. He has the upper hand!
