CW Stars Win Big at the NAACP Image Awards
Congratulations to Tyler James Williams, Tracee Ellis Ross and Reggie Hayes, who all won their categories at the 2007 NAACP Image Awards.
Tyler James Williams, the young star of “Everybody Hates Chris,” took home the award for outstanding actor in a comedy series. That’s coming on top of him making Forbes magazine’s Young Hollywood's Top-Earning Stars under the age of 21 list. Not bad for a 14-year-old.
Tracee Ellis Ross nabbed a statue for outstanding actress in a comedy series for her work on Girlfriends. She accepted the award in a dress belonging to her mom, Diana Ross. Again, we lament that our respective mothers have nothing award-ceremony-worthy that we can liberate from their closets. Alas.
Ross’ co-star, Reggie Hayes, picked up his own award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series.
Congrats to all the winners!
