Everyone is forgetting... Clarks still young, plenty of time for him to fall for Lois. I think Lana had to go through the whole Lex thing to grow up enough to be with Clark. She had to toughen up. But I can tell you, looking at it from the outside in, if Clark and Lana don't get a chance to sit down and bask in the moment of her knowing and him getting to be himself around her, finally, they'll both go berserk. The show so far has had them both running around like a chicken with it's head cut off, they need downtime or it won't even be,(like it ever was) realistic.
I'm really looking forward to season 7 and I hope Chloe winds up with an awesome power.

i dont want season 7 to b the the last of Smallville because it is the best show on CW11 if it is gone i dont know wat would i will do in dat hour. i really dont want it to be over.

i feel season 7 should be the last season. i read martha won't be a regular, lionel won't be back either, lex has just about embraced his destiny, and clark has too. i guess all us fans feel the same way. lay it all out on the table next season, but stay true with what the show's all about. this is the time for clark and lex to embrace and accept their destinies. who's the ultimate villian next season? will it be lex? martha has to be somewhere during the season, she has to be, she's clark's mother! season 1 was about nixon and the ship. seaon 2 was about clark's roots and the ship. season 3 was about jor'el and the cave. season 4 was about the stones and the witch. season 5 was about zod and fine. season 6 was about the zoners. season 7 should be the finale, but what will the theme ultimately be.

I think this show blows all the other Superman series away the writers have done a great job, i know everthing comes to a end but i hope its along time off. if there is any way of keeping Lex do it pay the guy more money whatever is need to keep that tention in the story between Lex and Clark...im excited to see next season, hope to see some good fight scenes between Clark and Bizario...this next season is going to rock!

Well i love smallville, but i think the lana and clark thiong should end it's way to old and just not interestting anymore it's always the same clark loves lanna but because he wont be truthfull will lana it will not work out and it's just plain stupid now. On the othe hand Clark and Chloe should get together there amazing together. And you really need to stop with all the love, it's way to old it's all right if there is a bit of it but you just have way to much you, need more aciton and Clark learning more about himself and his father.

Okay you guys. Lana isn't dead. Of course they end a seoson with your so called "TRAGIC DEATH", But I mean get real. They will keep Lana in the show for about 1 more season, then she'll probably move to Paris or somethig and get married there. Then, lana will return and risk her life trying to save someone such as, Chloe, Lois or maybe even Lex or Lionel.

Hi. Please don't kill Lana off of smallville, it wouldn't be the same without her. This show would lose so many viewers if you kill Lana Lang off. And actually one of the Superman films starring Christipher Reeve, he does marry Lana Lang (played by Annette O'toole)so it could be Clark's destiny to marry Lana Lang, it will still follow the traditional superman film.

First off, the action in the season finale was amazing.

Secondly, seriously, why did Lana's dying scene have to be so obvious that she didn't actually die?

This is so depressing. Lana has had her run on Smallville okay, but her character is just getting annoying now and she is standing in the way of how the story of Superman is suppose to unfold. How are we suppose to believe that Clark falls in love with Lois when you writers keep forcing Lana and Clark to be together. They were together, they aren't anymore leave it at that. Get her out of his life. Okay, she taught him what it is to "love", but that's enough. All she does now is cry and it's so annoying.

Lois & Clark, are the ones that are supposed to be together and I swear to god if the writers on Smallville change Superman history by keeping Lana with Clark I will go insane. That would be absolutely ridiculous.

Please, writers, if your reading this. The seventh season should not feature Lana, period. Let the milk truck passing by really be a milk truck passing by.

Man I just have to say that Lana needs to be alive. The whole Clark and Lana thing is good for the show. The audience sits in their seats hushed everytime a scene with them comes on. I know I do. I feel the show will start to crumble without Kristen coming back. Here's an idea. Maybe if you don't want her character back you can make her supergirl. I have to say that would be interesting. Make her look different so Clark would be puzzled. It would be great for the show. Either that or have an anonymous phone call come in and have Lana telling Clark that she is alive. The audience would love the drama. Lana has been on the show for 6 years if she has to go out then have her go out in Clarks arms or something. That would truly be the way to go. You guys would have had it right with the crash that killed Lana before Clark changed it. Lana just didn't go out with that kind of "electricity" that I felt was needed for her character. I could tell when she was walking to the car all frantic that she was going to die. You could've at least had her on the phone with Clark. Come On!!!!! Please!!!!! let Lana live. LLL. I am tempted to walk around with LLL (Let Lana Live) on a t-shirt. I am begging you.

While I do really enjoy Smallville, ther eis no way it is acceptable to have Clark and Lana marry, Lois and Clark are meant for each other. Lana has to either die, or be removed somehow. Lois and Clark looked great together during the cupid episode.

I don't want Smallville 2 end but it has 2 some day but i would like it to go to season 8. I'm glad Chloe is coming back! It wouldn't be too bad if Lana comes back too. But no more Clark and Lana, it’s tiring. Lois is okay, but Chloe is the real deal, so why make Clark be with Lois because of the name. They have no chemistry together; Lois is older than Clark, besides she's just not right for him. Anyways i know the writers are going to come up with some kind of romantic notion between Clark & Lois. I think it would be fun, but please, get it over with as soon as possible. In the end C2 deserves to be together forever

I think Chloe and Clark have the best chemistry of all. Chloe should have found Lois dead and being distraught over her death, take over Lois name. Remember a few seasons ago when she used Lois for and article? Clark could begin the Superman thing and finally be with Lois (Chloe). I think the screen would really sizzle with them together. At least that is what I would do.

I want lana dead cause she gets on my last nerves. I wanted that bitch dead ever since she came back from paris. Clark needs to move on, lana is hot and all but she ain't got nothing on lois and chloe. I am a big fan of smallville but if she comes back, I'm not watching the show anymore. If it was evident from Phantom as well as the IF magazine interview by AlGough that Lana and Chloe are safe. Its has become a SV Finale tradition that all the characters are in peril and in the next season premiere they are all fine. So its not interesing anymore to put meaningless peril at the season finale.

For the next season I want to see Lois getting more into hard core journalism and I hope that is the big arc Algough has hinted for Lois, Lex getting even more evil and Clark getting on with his destiny to become Superman and the future ace reporter at the DP.

Its high time Clark takes leaps and bounds towards his destiny. In Phantom TPTB have made Martha leave the farm to have an excuse for Clark not going to FOS for his training because in Fallout he said that he will go to the FOS for training when he has captured all the phantoms.

So much has happened in the past 6 seasons that I am really curious to see why this Clark Kent will become Superman because I have a feeling it will be lightswitched.

Clark and Lana must be together for Season 7. We have watched the show for 6 years. In the 7th year, Lana and Clark should be together and then Clark should leave for training with Jorel and then the show should end with Clark kissing Lana and flying off, up, up, up in the sky. Chloe should be there too waving good-bye and looney Lex should be in a white straitjacket, cursing and seething. That will be a good end to Smallville. Writers, we are counting on you to make it happen! The show started with the great characters and should end with the great characters. I have enjoyed Smallville but it needs to end in Season 7.

Please no more Clark/Lana. It has played out, died, been buried, stank, and then been resusciated over and over. Lana willingly ran to Clark's enemy and treated him like crap for a year. She doesn't deserve another chance with Clark.

Chloe being okay is fantastic news! I hope her krypto-ability has burned itself out. The character of Chloe Sullivan does not need cheap storylines (like s4's witch!Lana) or lame powers to be interesting and a fan favorite. Bring back real Chloe - the go-getting, competitive, curious, tough, snarky, smart Daily Planet investigative journalist who reports the truth to the people.

As for "Lois"? If s7 is the year of "Lois"-shoe-horning and more "Lois"-lightswitches, I'll gladly be done with Smallville. It is not compelling storytelling to have characters lightswitched because they happen to have or not have a particular name.

Lana's character is HORRIBLE, she needs to be taken off. She adds NOTHING to the show and the story of her loving Clark or not is just getting far too old....she needs to be gone....seriously.

Glad to see that things are pretty much as expected- with mom away now Clark will have to turn to Manhunter for some Obi-Wan type mentoring.
PLEASE have Lana stay away for some time so that Clark can move forward. This inertia is killing the show.
I have no interest in Lana and Clark anymore- I want to see Clark becoming more SUPER. More Justice League action- more Lex Luthor and Clark duking out action- more Lois and Clark investigating- just no more boring sappy soap opera crap!

Clark and Lana are RED HOT, WHITE HOT together. They are very sexy. The actors really do come alive in their scenes together and give their interactions so much depth and emotional intensity. We just saw the rerun of the finale tonight on CW and my brothers and his friends were watching with me. My brother asked me? "Are they dating...they sure look like they are in love." I said, " They are just good actors with each other." Great chemistry.

I love the Clark-Lana chemistry. There is no other couple on TV that is worth watching. You can tell the connection between these two actors. They are haunting in their scenes. I just love watching them. Superman has been around for over 80 years. In Smallville, it is Clark and Lana until Clark leaves for training. The series will end at that point.

i just love this show so much, i have been watching this show for 6 years now and loved the way lana and clark relationship have transpired, it has been the mistery of the show and if you take her off then what are we looking forward to watching, Clark and lana loved each other, i say get them married and then the rest of the way fight of lex and other people who try harm his famliy that'll be a good mystery, not her gone off the show, clark and lana for life, no clark and lois

If you guys take Lana off the show, I personally (and everybody I know) will lose interest in the show all together. Those of us who got to watch the incredible love story between Clark and Lana grow would be devistated. She is the love of his life (his one true love). We all watched superman movies and know that Clark and Lois get together later on in life, but in smallville we want to see Clark and Lana together. Now that Lana finally knows the truth about Clark, they should be together after all the sacrifice and heartache.

I am 11 years old. I just love SMALLVILLE!!!! I personally think Lana shold die. At first I thought Chloe and Clark then Erica came and I thought,now this is getting interesting.My entire class thinks Lana is a HO!! You guys should really bring out season 6 soon, on DVD!! My favorite episode on season 6 is the one when Clark and Lois is infected with red kryptonite. I just LOOOOOOVE that episode.

Ok this is what I want to see happen... Lana should stay dead for awhile if in fact if this Lois lane is the Daily Planet's Lois lane she has to go. Clark and Lois DON'T HOOK UP Until much later in there life. I want to see Clark really embrace who he really is and stop ignoring his destiny ...He is a god amongst man is time he started to be like god and protect those who need protecting in other words I need to see him taking much larger steps into him becoming Superman.

Can we see a different wardrobe for Clark why does he always wear the same things blue shirt red jacket or vise versa. I get it superman colors wooohweee. I can only hope that when Smallville show ends it ends with a motion picture as Clark becomes Superman. That movie that came out in 2006 didn't have Tom Welling as Superman and to me it just didn't satisfy me the way it would have if the Smallville cast had been in it.
After 6 seasons Tom is every bit as much Superman as George Reeves was in the '50s.

To me No one should leave,and hoping they will keep making more eposodes and have more seasons other have season7 also have season8,9,10.I Love the show Especially the woman that acted as Lana.and Keep Chloe and Lois very good Actresses and actors as well

Big deception for the Chloe fans. The cover of the season 6 DVD. Al Gough said Chloe is her favorite, She is the favorite character of Smallville and in 6 seasons, never, never and never. Do you have theory.

It's sad to see Mama Kent go. It's even sadder to see this horrible Krypto!Freak Chloe storyline. It's Chloe's very own Lightswitch and it's sucked any interest out of season 7. Without Reporter!Chloe all we're left with is Wannabe EDLois who just isn't cutting it. Phantom was horrible because we were expected to swallow bile like the ridiculous shoehorning of EDLois into Clark/Chloe/Lex's 33.1 storyline. And Lana lives as does Lanaville. Season 7? Is TV I can do without.

Bummer about Annette O'Toole....I'm still hoping some of the S7 episodes won't have Lana in them. The best episode of S6 ("Justice") had no Lana scenes at all and SHE WASN'T MISSED!

Just wondering if Smallville will continue in Metropolis or if the show will end when Clark heads to the big city? I think that you should keep the actors around for a Superman spinoff-- ESPECIALLY TOM WELLING, MICHAEL ROSEMBAUM AND ERICA DURANCE
