Jason Dohring Moves on from Veronica Mars
Jason Dohring is moving from brooding bad boy to creature of the night. Zap2it.com reports that the former Logan Echolls has joined the cast of the vampire-detective-drama "Moonlight" as a young, mischievous hedge-fund trader who also happens to be a blood-sucking fiend.
Jason’s character, Josef, is also the ancient vampire mentor for lead character Alex O'Loughlin. In the original pilot, the character was played by Rade Serbedzija, a 60-year-old Croatian-born actor. Needless to say, things have been “reconceptualized” since the pilot, thanks mostly to new showrunner David Greenwalt, formerly of “Angel.”

I loved moonlight, emphasis on the d because yet again, another awesome show gets cancelled. Are the people associated with V Mars cursed, cuz first V Mars, then Big Shots, the show Rob Thomas was working on gets cancelled and then Moonlight, a show Jason Dohring is on gets cancelled. I just think the managers of these stations are stupid cuz honestly, how else can you explain cancelling amazing shows?
I cannot boycott, however, because OTH is on CW and I must watch that <3
I did however write my own season finale to season three and wrote a season four scene :D

I think that Jason Dohring is a great actor.he was very brilliant in Logan character and he is the most important character in VM,with Veronica obvioustly... but their love affair was the motive which take us in front of the show, after the research of Lilly killer. Regarding that i want to say to CW that it was not nice for the fans stop the series without an end.that's not a thing to do with people who choose your channel for free time. ABOUT Jason, he is one of the best young actor that i saw in the last time and i think he could be perfect for every character... good and perfect choice for "moonlight"... every VM fans will watch it only because jason will be there. Good luck Jason, you deserve it! thank you to be so great.

I think Jason is a great actor. I would watch any show he was going to be on. He will be a totally hot Vampire. I'm sure the show will be great but even if it stinks watching him makes it worth it.

Veronica Mars was the best show ever and i love jason in it he is so hot!! and to get another chance to see him acting again even if its not with the great kristen bell i say great! and of corse i would watch him.

I liked him playing Logan a lot on Veronica Mars but I will try to tune into him being a vampire on his new show - let's see how I like it!!

I really liked his character Logan. But since Veronica Mars is over, I'm just going to follow JD wherever he goes. hahaha which means I'm totally going to watch Moonlight JUST for HIM. :] But Hopefully I enjoy it also.

BOYCOTT CW until Veronica Mars is back. What better way to stick it to the CW than to make all of their new shows fail?
Let's not forget that VW was cancelled because the CW did not want to owe royalties to WB. So they dropped all their good shows to start their own new shows. They don't care about the viewers.

I'll follow Jason anywhere. There's already a fansite and boards over at Moonlightfans.com a must see.
There's already tons of stuff about the show. I'm just stoked for another vampire show and one with Jason makes it even better!

I think all the shows the CW has for their fall line up look awful. I won't be watching any of them. I will greatly miss Veronica Mars and its witty cast.
