Show us a fun teen flick, and we can probably point out at least a couple CW stars. The new cheerleading movie Fired Up! is no exception. Three of our CW faves -- Anna Lynn McCord from 90210, Daneel Harris from One Tree Hill, and Adhir Kaylan from the late, lamented Aliens in America -- play big roles in the film. Here, Daneel tells us why she likes playing a good girl for a change, Anna Lynn talks about the allure of playing the bad girl, and Adhir explains his contribution to world harmony:

Anna Lynn talks about a blast from the past who could wreak havoc in the season finale, Adhir talks about the experience of working on Aliens in America and what he's been working on since, and Daneel talks about what she hopes she'll get to do on One Tree Hill, plus how things are going with her real-life boyfriend.

March is a big month for One Tree Hill birthdays! First Moira Kelly, then Barbara Alyn Woods, and today, Danneel Harris celebrates her 29th!

When Danneel first showed up on OTH, Rachel didn't seem to have many redeeming qualities. But Rachel has grown on us over the years, and we have to admit that we missed her during the beginning of this season. She came back for a few episodes recently, but Rachel's still struggling with her drug problem. Will she shape up later this season? We hope we'll get to see more of her.
