Wake-Up Workout: How To Look Better Naked

look0516.jpeg

What would you do to look better naked? Sacrifice your weekly blow out for sweat-inducing classes that shrink your waistline? Skip a best friend's bridal shower to snatch up your trainer's only opening? Just say no to soda and sweets until the end of time?

DavidBartonGym is challenging gymgoers to confess what they would do to LookBetterNaked in 100 words or less. David Barton himself will hand-pick his favorite submissions and award them a trip to Las Vegas for the grand opening of his newest gym.

All submissions will be gifted a complimentary workout and LookBetterNaked t-shirt. Submit your confession to: www.davidbartongym.com/confess.

'90210' Star Annalynne McCord On "Love, Loss and What I Wore"

anna0516.jpeg

90210 actress Annalynne McCord stopped by to talk about the show, her charity Somaly.org and her latest project -- starring in the off=Broadway play "Love, Loss and What I Wore."

"Love, Loss and What I Wore" follows fragmented stories about the nostalgic power of women’s clothing. A starry cast of five women enrobed in chic black sit on stools and tell funny, wistful and universal memories about their families and loved ones through the prism of their closets.

The throughline is narrated by Gingy, a wise older woman who reminisces about what she wore at milestones in her life—complete with sketches of the styles. Like a long heart-to-heart with your best friend over coffee, the conversation meanders from a bittersweet story of a stepmother wearing the same style bathrobe as her husband’s late wife (to the dismay of the children) to a couple’s musings of what they wore on their wedding day to a rant about loathing the need to carry a purse.

Power Women: 'Real Housewives Of New York' Cindy Barshop

power0516.jpeg

Cindy Barshop may be known as the latest member of The Real Housewives of New York but she's not looking for her 15 minutes of fame.

Who needs 15 minutes when you have a lifetime of fortune and success? Barshop is a single mother to infant twin girls and the owner of Completely Bare, a chain of day spas with outlets in Manhattan, Scarsdale, N.Y., and Palm Beach, Fla. Her spas offer the usual hair removal, tanning and facials, but we also may have her to thank/blame for the idea of "vajazzling." You know, applying stick-on crystals to your lady parts.

Tamsen met up with her to talk about being a mom and a mogul and her story will surely inspire women out there. For more information, visit www.completelybare.com.
