My mother is a 76 year old lady, she has been bitten by bedbugs all over her body she is a diabetic. now the landlord wants to evict her by Sept. 30th. what is my mother to do? she needs some help and a place to live. her voucher time ran out from section 8, and no one can help her, can you?
