Wake-Up Workout: Ski Conditioning

New York Sports Club stopped by with a Ski Conditioning workout to get you prepared before you hit the slopes! Heck, it'll just get you prepared and in shape even if you don't get to the slopes. I can't remember when I saw our on-air talent more winded form a Wake-Up Workout, and that says a lot because we don't have any fitness slouches here at CW11.
