$2500.00 Given against the total cost of $5000.00 as deposit for the order of standard kitchen cabinets. I cancelled the order and the store owner threatened to keep the deposit and cabinets. I brought it small claims against store owner and the judge allowed him to keep the deposit and cabinets.
After four months of harrassement store owner now is suing me for $6000.00 claiming storage fees, late fees, and legal fees.
Please Help !!!

O.K I am having an issue with a collections agency along with a law firm trying to sue me. They claim I owe verizon 4 thousand dollars so I started researching them come to find out there rip off's You can see so on www.ripoffs.com I have a court date on septmeber 19th & I could really use some help on this. I am a single mother trying to pay rent I cant worry about this. Also, seems strange that I had verizon as a phone company before & never had a problem .
