Soul Food Friday: Brooklyn's Own Five Spot Soul Food

In honor of Black History Month, we're bringing some sooouuuul to our Fridays each week here on the Morning News by tempting our palates with delectable dishes from the menus of some of the best soul food restaurants around.

Today, we tried some mouthwatering meals straight from Five Spot Soulfood restaurant owned by Malik Armstead.

Hello CW11 Morning News Team.

I would like to first off say, I look at
Channel 11 News every morning before I go to work. I think that you guys are fantastic.......Keep up the great work.....

I would like to also say, Oh my God!!!! That food from "Five Spot Soul" looked so delicious that I wished that I worked on the Channel 11 News with all of you just so that I could sample some delicious eats.....
