Jayne and Jennifer's closet tips:
Tip#1- Always use bottoms as foundation and build from there.

Tip#2- To take a '"look" from work to night...sexier, sheer tops should be layered under sweaters (cardigans) or jacket. This will add structure to your outfit.

Tip#3- Personal style pieces, beads, bangles or belts are the perfect foil for reinventing a look many times!

Tip#4- Do not buy anything unless it works with pieces you already own. If you aren't sure, put it on hold go back to your closet. This will prevent bad purchases!

Tip#5- Make sure you have a black jacket in your wardrobe. This is one of the essential building pieces for any wardrobe and can take you from one look to another easily.

Tip#6- Buy what you like and don't buy into a trend. Chances are it won't be around next year and the trendy piece you bought will hang in your closet!

Tip#7- If you find a piece you love, a pant, T-shirt, jacket, etc, try to buy it in an additional color. Chances are you will wear it over and over again because it fits well and you love it!

Tip#8- Clean your closet out yearly. Give anything away that you have not worn in a year and certainly if it still has the price tags on it! You will be giving someone else a wonderful gift!

Tip#9 - Always have some great belts on hand, skinny and wide. Adding a belt is a simple way to change a look.

Tip#10- Always have your clothes ironed and ready to go! Don't hang an item back in your closet with a stain, rip or flaw. Get it fixed!
