His Legacy: Martin Luther King Jr.

Hosted by CW11 Morning News' Tiffany McElroy, Justice, Equality & Hope: Legacy of Martin Luther King, profiles Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and takes a historical look at the confluence of events that helped shape the Civil Rights movement. The special airs tonight at 10:30pm, and really, I saw this, and not to sound too much like a company guy, but what an amazing look back at a piece of American history that will stand the hairs up on the back of your neck and give you chills... and maybe the willies, too, but if you see one TV show for the rest of your life, make it this MLK special. 10:30pm, tonight

Highlights of the special include: a first hand account of Dr. King's death from Andrew Young, former congressman, and UN ambassador and interviews with Civil Rights experts from Columbia University and Georgetown University. The special also includes historic footage and speeches including Martin Luther King Jr.'s letter from the Birmingham jail and the moving "I Have a Dream" and Memphis rally speeches.
