Tom Collins Twist
2 parts BOMBAY SAPPHIRE® Gin
1 part fresh lemon juice
¾ part simple syrup
Club soda
5 raspberries
5 mint leaves
Pour first three ingredients into a Collins glass with ice and stir well.
Add raspberries and more ice, then top with club soda.

Blackberry Mojito
3 oz. BACARDI® Rum
1 teaspoon raw sugar
8 blackberries
Club soda
1 fresh lime
3 mint leaves
In a tall thin glass, muddle mint then add sugar and fresh lime, stirring thoroughly. Top with ice. Add rum and mix.
Top off with club soda. Add eight blackberries, a lime slice and the remaining mint, and serve.

Strawberry Daisy
1 heaping tablespoon of diced strawberries
1 tablespoon torn basil
1 ounce simple syrup
1/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
4 ounces dry ginger ale

I luv the entire News team , and I will be sending some pictures of the family of birds outside my window in Far Rocaway, Queens. I was not able to send them today. However, I will try again in the morning...
