Chubby Checker Is The Coolest Rocker Ever...

Chubby Checker will perform Knock Down the Walls off his new album All the Best and his classics Limbo Rock and The Twist.

Chubby Checker, whose real name is Ernest Evans, grew up in South Philadelphia, Pa. His stage name was inspired by Fats Domino. The Chub is credited with getting adults onto the dance floor with his classic "The Twist." Before this, adults did not dance to teenaged music.

His other hit songs include Jingle Bell Rock, Pony Time and Let's Twist Again.

yesterdays show, a chef was a guest - having been a chef for over thrity years I was shocked with his recipe stating that milk should be boiled for twenty minutes - so untrue - milk would burn-- I know that sex sells - why not have Jill N. on the ll:00 clock news - she is far from first class material - other than that I can't say enough about your other reporters - I don't change the channel as I thoroughly enjoy your news team - John Clyde
