VIDEO AND RECIPE AFTER THE JUMP...

Frutti di Mare:
Ingredients:
1 Spanish onion
1 carrot
1 celery stalk
2 lemons
3 lb. lobster
5 lbs. squid
3 lbs. shrimp
1 lb. jumbo lump crab meat
2 c. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 bunch parsley
Tabasco
Salt and pepper

Instructions:
1. Let vegetables boil for ten minutes before adding seafood.Add squid tentacles.

2. Boil the following in separate pots:
3lb. Whole lobster
5lbs squid just the bodies
3 lbs. shrimp cleaned and deveined (preferably tiger or white shrimp)

3. Let each boil for about 20 minutes. Drain water.

4. Clean meat from lobster and dice. Cut shrimp into halves Slice squid into rings.

5. In a bowl, add tentacles, 1lb. of jumbo lump crab meat, diced lobster meat, shrimp and sliced squid.

6. Add 2 cups extra virgin olive oil, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 bunch chopped parsley, salt/pepper and Tabasco to taste.
