CW11 Chefs: Craig Treadway

It's CW11 Chef's Week and our anchors are sharing their favorite recipes with you! Today, our own Craig Treadway will show us how to make Craig's Rib Rub and Lobster Mac and Cheese. Click here to check out past recipes.

Craig's Rib Rub
Ingedients
- Brown sugar
- Chili powder
- Black pepper
- White pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- Paprika
- Kosher salt
- Dry mustard
- Ribs

Directions
1. Combine the desired amount of the above ingredients and rub on ribs.
2. Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit
3. Slow cook ribs for 3.5 hours. Cover for two hours, then uncover and bast ribs for remainder of cooking time

Lobster Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- Butter
- Flour
- Half and half or evaporated milk
- Salt
- Nutmeg
- Black pepper
- White cheddar or sharp cheddar cheese
- Asiago cheese
- Elbow macaroni
- Parmesean cheese
- Lobster meat (of your choice; Craig prefers already cooked lobster meat in a container)

Directions
1. Melt butter in a pan and whisk in flour.
2. Add half and half or condensed milk.
3. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
4. Add cheese.
5. Add slightly undercooked macaroni to the pan and mix together.
6. Transfer to a buttered baking dish.
7. On top add lobster meat and parmesan cheese.
8. Bake for about 40 minutes.

What are the cooking instructions for the ribs??? They sound fantastic!

O yeah. That what I'm talking about right there. The lobster part I can't do, but craig you need to send me a plate or a portrait of the meal. This meal will put you right to sleep. Suki's is holding down the fort that's why she's in every segment.

I think this was a great idea. I abolutely love ribs and the lobster mac and cheese sounds delicious. Can't wait to try all recipes but especially this one. Thanks Guys the morning crew is the absolute best.
