Cult of Celebrity Explained By Cooper Lawrence

She's the woman keeping a house of eight former teenage stars (who are now grown men) sane. Psychology expert Cooper Lawrence from VH1's Confessions of a Teen Idol stopped by the studio to discuss the cult of celebrity.

The show stars '80s and '90s hearthrobs Bill Hufsey (Fame), Jeremy Jackson (Baywatch), Christopher Atkins (The Blue Lagoon), Jamie Walters (Beverly Hills 90210), David Chokachi (Baywatch), Eric Nies (The Real World, The Grind) and Adrian Zmed (TJ Hooker, Grease 2), form a "support group" of sorts, spearheaded by Scott Baio. Each hour-long episode provides a rare, never-before-seen look at fame and its consequences as the guys live together.

On the show, the guys share stories of their heydays in the spotlight, as well as their hopes and fears about daring to want that fame back as grown men. Through the show, they are given the tools and connections necessary to make a comeback -- or be faced with the reality that fame is a lot tougher the second time around.
