Situated on the 4th floor above the Julien Farel Salon on Madison Avenue, JF Gymnastique offers an array of chic treatments and amenities. Each client will receive their hand delivered JF Gymnastique apparel specially designed by PUMA before entering their state-of-the-art, private changing room with Roger & Gallet products and Frette linens.

Clients can then choose to have a private workout session, indulge in stimulating deep tissue massage, or receive a one-on-one personal nutritional consultation session. As part of each client's fitness routine, Kupprion has developed signature "Workout On The Go" kits, which include personalized fitness DVDs, resistance bands, and additional fitness and nutritional information for the traveling client.

JF Gymnastique will offer strength and conditioning, ELDOA (the restorative exercise technique for the spine developed in France), myofascial stretching, corrective exercise, active release soft tissue work, Rolfing®, deep tissue and Swedish massage, yoga, Pilates, and nutritional counseling based on the latest developments in biochemistry.
